Senior Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on understanding customer requirements, delivering technical solutions, and assisting in the sales process. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, demonstrating product capabilities, acting as a liaison between the engineering and sales teams, and driving customer-oriented strategies to achieve sales goals. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of Jyoti's CNC solutions to clients.

• Proficient in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and sales teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and knowledge of CNC machinery are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or engineering roles within the CNC or manufacturing industry is a plus.
