Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Generating Leads, Fixing the appointments and Meeting the Customers, Introduce Conveline and its Products
• Generating the Enquiries and Collection of the Requirement Specifications from Customer
• Study of the Customer Requirement, Persuading the customers that Conveline products and services will best satisfy their needs.
• Preparation of clear and effective written of project proposals, breakups and quotation details in coordination with design team and Sales Head
• Follow Up, Negotiation, Closures of Orders and Payment Collection Support
• Maintaining Client Relationship and Retaining the Customers and get the repeat orders
• Report on Sales Activities to Top Management by Handling DSR Reporting documentation for daily task and activity
• Prepare reports for monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review.
• Responsible to coordinate with service team for after-sales support.
• Responsible to share time to time product details to prospects with email/call/SMS.
• Product Knowledge of Factory machinery and conveyors.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing process for production of the consumer product. Etc.
• Responsible to organize and attend company exhibition and maintain the visitor's data and follow up.
• Develop and maintain cordial and mutually advantageous relationship with decision makers, CXO Level and Purchase Head/Procurement Head.
• Responsible to make a monthly tour plan and arrangement for the same.
• Get the regular feedback to the management, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly

Requisite Skills:

• Relevant experience in Packaging machinery, Pharma machinery, Industrial Product sales, Application based product sales, project sales, machinery sales, etc.
• Extensive Traveling to visit Clients place.
• Confident, Positive and aggressive attitude
• Excellent client-interfacing skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with presentation skill
• Good listening & Self-grooming
• Knowledge of functioning of businesses
• MS office proficiency

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical/ MBA

Relevant Experience:

• Exp. In Sales of Heavy Machinery, Packaging Machinery and OEM Sales
