Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong background in the industrial electronics/semiconductors industry in Bengaluru & Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Product Knowledge:

Possess a deep understanding of our electronics and semiconductor products, staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our products to customers.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales within the electronics and semiconductor industry.
  3. Strong understanding of electronic components, semiconductor technologies, and related market dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  6. Familiarity with the Ahmedabad market and existing industry networks is a plus.
