Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer - Capital Goods to MNC Clients, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for work from home. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage in day-to-day tasks such as providing pre and post-sales technical support, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying client needs. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to sales growth.

  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Experience in the capital goods industry highly desirable
