Job Description

Ghrs Training is seeking a diligent Risk and Fraud Investigator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of our international operations by identifying and mitigating potential risks and fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities and potential fraud cases within international operations.
  • Analyze data and transaction patterns to identify red flags and unusual behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for investigations.
  • Document findings comprehensively and prepare detailed reports for review by management.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with international customers where necessary to verify information or resolve issues related to investigations, leveraging strong customer service skills.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in International Customer Service. This background is essential for understanding customer interactions and identifying potential anomalies.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You are highly ethical, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear articulation of complex findings.
  • You are capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
