About the Role
The Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product strategies for New Biz Development, ensuring the achievement of Gross Margins targets, Business Win targets, Revenue targets, and market share goals.
Responsibilities
- Developing & executing comprehensive product strategies for New Biz Development
- Responsible to achieve Gross Margins targets, Business Win targets, Revenue targets and market share goals
- Meeting the KPIs
- Making Promotion Plan and Implementation to build active Design Funnel
- Managing and building relationships with Suppliers and Strategic Customers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales & FAE teams to drive demand generation campaigns
- Managing commercial and contractual supplier terms, ensuring margin growth
- Inventory Management
- Preparing & sharing business inputs with Management through data-driven market analysis
- Responsible for the reports for reviews with Suppliers and Meeting the KPIs from Supplier
Qualifications
- Candidate should be from Electronics / Semiconductor industry only
- Should have relevant experience in Marketing of electronics components, demand creation activities
Required Skills
- Must have strong communication & presentation skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Good to have skills: MS-Office skills, specifically strong MS-Excel & PowerPoint
