We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Industrial Automation to drive business growth and manage key customer accounts. If you have strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales, this role is for you!
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Rockwell Automation products PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, Safety Systems.
- Develop and implement effective territory sales plans to meet targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities; maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term relationships.
- Apply strong sales fundamentals listening, analyzing, prospecting, qualifying, value-based selling & customer-centric selling.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and contribute to strategies for increased market presence.
- Prepare and present timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
- Qualification
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I, Robotics & Automation.
