Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Development Representative with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales who can take ownership of the sales pipeline, including early-stage sales conversations, qualifying leads, nurturing, pitching, and demoing our capabilities, and work closely with the leadership to drive deal closures. This role is critical in building our sales pipeline, requiring someone who can confidently engage with prospects, demonstrate our expertise, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong outbound pipeline by reaching out through calls, emails, and social platforms and turning prospects into real opportunities.
  • Do solid research on target accounts to understand their problems, spot buying signals, and find gaps where we can add value.
  • Create personalized outreach that actually connects what prospects need with what we offer.
  • Build a strong understanding of ProductNOVA expertise, capabilities, and products built.
  • Run the first conversations with prospects, answer early questions, and qualify them (as per SQL qualification criteria) properly before moving them ahead.
  • Work closely with the product team to plan customer-specific strategies and help move deals forward faster.
  • Manage the SDR pipeline end-to-end and make sure handoffs to the next stage are smooth.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads, figure out which ones matter most, and focus on high-potential deals.
  • Will be accountable for the business and revenue growth of the organization across areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/PG in Marketing is a plus).
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product / Engineering Services sales.
  • Proven experience in speaking with leads, qualifying opportunities, and driving closures.
  • Experience working closely with leadership or founders, including closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up, target, and pipeline management skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
