We're looking for a self-driven Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Hevo's Inside Sales team. This role is critical to building a strong outbound engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels.
- Own your account list and drive engagement through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations.
- Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams to execute aligned go-to-market initiatives.
- Consistently track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting for the US market only.
- Prior experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach.
- High ownership mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook.
