As anOutbound SDR, you're thefirst signalof Exotel - the one who sparks curiosity, builds relationships, and opens doors with India's top businesses. You'll play a key role in fueling Exotel's growth engine by identifying, qualifying, and creating opportunities for our sales team.

What you'll do

  • Own the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  • Start meaningful conversationswith CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
  • Qualify leadsthrough discovery - understanding pain points, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executivesto hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategize outreach campaigns.
  • Experiment and iterateon messaging, outreach sequences, and tools to improve conversion rates.
  • Track, measure, and shareinsights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).

You'll love this role if you

  • Have1-4 years of experiencein B2B sales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Enjoy thethrill of outbound- researching accounts, personalizing outreach, and hearing yes after a series of no's.
  • Arecurious about technologyand can quickly learn how communication APIs, contact centers, and automation tools work.
  • Arecomfortable with targetsand use data to improve your approach.
  • Speak and writefluent Englishand can communicate with confidence and empathy.
