Senior Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator who will closely coordinate with the sales team and support daily operations, enquiry tracking, quotation follow-ups, and client communication. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of automation or electrical systems to effectively support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities and task monitoring

• Track customer enquiries, quotations, and project status

• Maintain regular follow-ups with sales engineers and clients

• Ensure timely response to enquiries and quotation submissions

• Support in technical discussions and understanding client requirements

• Coordinate between sales, estimation, and engineering teams

• Prepare MIS reports, sales updates, and follow-up records

• Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the sales department

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage follow-ups and track multiple enquiries

• Basic technical knowledge of automation / electrical systems

• Understanding of PLC panels, automation projects, or industrial equipment (preferred)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

Experience:

• 3 – 8 Years
