We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant for our jewellery division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales of jewellery products.
- Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on jewellery selection.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with trends in the jewellery industry.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of jewellery products.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales tracking software.
- Knowledge of current jewelry trends, styles, and materials.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
