We are seeking 30 Senior Sales Consultants to join our dynamic jewellery sales team in India. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in retail sales, particularly in the jewellery sector, and will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Provide expert advice on jewellery products, including diamonds, gold, silver, and precious stones to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our jewellery collections.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, including stones, metals, and current trends in the jewellery market.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
