Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our studio and build strong, long-term relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss and hair restoration solutions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong consultative selling approach and the ability to offer tailored recommendations based on facial aesthetics, age, profession, lifestyle, personality, and individual expectations. This role involves engaging with a diverse, multicultural, and high-net-worth clientele, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client sales, including upselling and cross-selling of services and solutions.
- Generate business opportunities beyond centrally provided leads through:
- Business development initiatives
- Strategic partnerships and MOUs
- BTL activities
- Outstation and promotional events
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for onboarded clients, ensuring high service standards and long-term relationship management.
- Set and track daily consultation and revenue targets, with regular performance reviews.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets, utilizing all available revenue channels.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize conversions, referrals, and repeat business.
- Work with an entrepreneurial mindset, partnering closely with leadership to drive studio growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Above degree (mandatory).
- Preferred age: 30 years and above.
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury services, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, Real Estate, Insurance or hospitality.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Strong consultative, one-to-one selling expertise.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) in face-to-face sales environments.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
