Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Sales Associate to guide and motivate our sales force. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success in the luxury market and proven leadership abilities. This role is crucial for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

110 years of proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional.

Well-versed in luxury lifestyle preferences and customer psychology.
