Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Associate at MAROC REALTY. The Senior Sales Associate will oversee client relationship management, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include networking with clients, organizing property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Understanding of the real estate market, market analysis, and client needs
  • Organized and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
