Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and current clients, present property offerings, and close sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining a client database, conducting market research, assisting with site visits, and developing strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration with the marketing team to promote property listings and achieve sales targets is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and building strong rapport
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with real estate trends, market research, and property sales
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Relevant educational background in sales, marketing, or real estate
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus
