Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property options, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of experience in real estate sales, residential sales, luxury sales, HNI sales, property sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including current trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Own vehicle is mandatory.
