Job Description
New Business Development
* Drive new client acquisition in global markets
(US, Middle East, Europe, etc.)
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
for IT services and digital solutions.
* Build a strong sales pipeline through
prospecting, networking, and market outreach.
* Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation
to deal closure.
Strategic Sales & Solution Selling
* Understand client business challenges and
technology requirements.
* Position the company's capabilities on Web
Development, Mobile Applications, CRM
platforms, and custom software solutions.
* Work with technical and delivery teams to craft
the right solution for client needs.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations,
proposals, and solution discussions.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with
key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Engage with CXO-level executives and senior
technology leaders.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients by
understanding their digital transformation goals.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
* Identify new markets, industry trends, and
emerging opportunities.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to
expand the company's global footprint.
* Maintain awareness of competitor activities
and evolving market dynamics.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
* Coordinate with delivery and project teams to
ensure client expectations are met.
* Support smooth transition from sales to
project execution.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and
long-term engagement.
Requirements
* Strong hunter mind-set with proven new
business acquisition ability
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
* Experience working with global clients and
international markets
* Strong understanding of IT services and digital
technology solutions
* Ability to sell consultatively and close
