Key Responsibilities:- Architectural Design: Engineer and deploy sophisticated connectors for enterprise sources, including BeyondTrust, AWS, Azure, and SAP.
- Workflow Orchestration: Develop custom rules, forms, and business logic to automate complex identity lifecycles and ensure operational alignment.
- Governance Leadership: Drive the end-to-end implementation of RBAC models, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and data integrity frameworks.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide high-level guidance to mid-level developers and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to refine identity solutions.
Professional Requirements:- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on development within SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) environments.
- RBAC Specialization: Demonstrated success in designing and maintaining scalable Role-Based Access Control frameworks for global enterprises.
- Development Skills: Deep proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and advanced scripting for custom API integrations and connector development.
- Security Alignment: A professional commitment to Identity-Centric Security, recognizing identity as the foundational layer of modern technical perimeters.
