About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer to join a product-focused engineering team building real-world applications at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build robust backend features using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and Redis
- Own full-stack feature delivery, including frontend components (Hotwire or React)
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in sprints
- Write clean, testable code using RSpec or Minitest
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Frontend proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Hotwire or React
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq
- Clear communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
