Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated RTL Design Engineer with strong experience in Functional Safety (FUSA) compliant Automotive IP development.
The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in RTL design, SystemVerilog/Verilog coding, Automotive safety concepts, and ISO 26262 compliance requirements.
The role involves end-to-end RTL development for Automotive SoCs/IPs with close collaboration across Architecture, Verification, Safety, and Physical Design teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics / Electrical / VLSI Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on RTL Design experience in Semiconductor/ASIC domain.
- Mandatory experience in Automotive/FUSA projects.
Strong Expertise In
- SystemVerilog / Verilog
- RTL design and integration
- Micro-architecture development
Good Understanding Of
- ISO 26262
- Functional Safety concepts
- ASIL requirements
- Safety analysis methodologies
Experience With RTL Sign-off Tools And Methodologies
- Lint
- CDC
- RDC
- Synthesis checks
- Strong understanding of safety-driven architectures and fault-tolerant design methodologies.
- Familiarity with Automotive development processes and compliance standards.
- Exposure to safety verification/debug methodologies is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ECC/parity implementation.
- Knowledge of safety architectures for CPU, interconnect, memory, or peripheral IPs.
- Experience with safety analysis techniques such as FMEDA/FTA.
- Understanding of low-power design concepts in Automotive SoCs.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
