Overview of Job
We are seeking a Sr. React Native Developer to take a leading role in our mobile development team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying complex cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of mobile projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex mobile applications using React Native, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
- Architect and implement robust solutions, applying best practices in mobile app development.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and refine user interfaces. Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues and bugs in applications. Optimize performance and ensure stability.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee the deployment of React Native applications to app stores, including managing updates and versioning.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies related to React Native.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2.5 - 4 years of professional experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native.
- Advanced proficiency in React Native and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of cross-platform development practices.
- Extensive experience with React Native development tools, including Expo, Android Studio, or Xcode.
- Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Advanced experience in implementing complex user interfaces and a thorough understanding of material design principles.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and experience with UI testing.
- Proven experience with app deployment processes and managing CI/CD pipelines for React Native projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
