SENIOR RPA DEVELOPER (UI PATH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RPA Business Analyst to conduct and document business process reviews.
• Assist in creating theProcess Definition Document (PDD).
• Work with the RPA Solution Architect to define the to-be architecture usingUiPath ReFramework, Orchestrator queues/assets, and structured workflows.
• Develop automation solutions inUiPath Studioaccording to defined standards and architecture.
• Performunit and integration testingto ensure functional alignment with business requirements.
• Support in creatingTest Plans and Test Reports, and conductUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)with clients.
• Implement bug fixes based on UAT feedback.
• Deploy automation packages to theproduction environment.
• Document the solution and architecture in a comprehensiveRun Book.
• Monitor automation performance post-deployment and apply necessary fixes or improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ yearsof experience in delivering production-grade automation solutions.
• ValidUiPath AssociateorAdvanced Developer Certification(preferred).
• Hands-on experience inUiPath, with familiarity inReFramework, Orchestrator, and automation best practices.
• Solid programming skills inC#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong experience across theRPA lifecyclefrom analysis to deployment and support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
