Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with strong RPA and automation domain expertise to lead business analysis initiatives, define automation opportunities, and drive process optimization across multiple projects. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to deliver scalable and data-driven automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
RPA & Business Analysis
- Lead RPA business analysis activities across automation initiatives
- Identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities and business processes
- Create detailed process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
- Develop strong business cases for automation and transformation initiatives
- Support automation solution design by collaborating with technical and RPA teams
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
- Establish process standards, best practices, and reusable assets for large teams
- Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Delivery & Methodologies
- Work across Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project reviews
- Ensure delivery alignment with timelines, scope, and business objectives
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- RPA Business Analysis 5+ years
- Strong understanding of RPA and automation tools (industry-standard platforms)
- Agile development methodology experience
- Business Process Modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Business case development
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
