Location: Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) , Kerala

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Business Analyst to lead business analysis and process transformation initiatives across enterprise-scale automation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a data-driven mindset, and deep expertise in RPA and automation-led process improvement, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities for RPA and automation initiatives across multiple projects Identify, analyze, and document business processes, automation opportunities, and functional requirements Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization metrics for automation programs Work with stakeholders to define process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with RPA architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment Support delivery across Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies

Establish and standardize processes, templates, and practice assets for large automation teams Apply data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization

Manage multiple initiatives independently while ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in RPA Business Analysis or automation-focused business analysis

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, or a related discipline

Strong understanding of RPA concepts and leading automation tools

Experience working across Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery models

Expertise in business process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking business metrics

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
