A Senior Robotics Trainer is responsible for the establishment and running of our STEM/Innovation/tinkering lab. Our labs give students accessibility to new technologies like Robotics, AI/ML, Coding, IOT, 3D designing, 3D Printing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple labs by ensuring regular updates from trainers of every school
• Ensuring impactful learning outcomes by deploying perfect curriculum in every school
• Ensuring smooth operations by keep a close eye on stock management
• Planning regular events in schools as per the calendar
• Planning & organizing competitions
• Interviewing candidates for technical roles
• Working with school kids and teaching them subjects like block coding, Python,
• Robotics, 3dprinting, Electronics, Drones etc. in fun & gamified way using the
• resources provided.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Conducting engaging events and preparing students for competitions.
• Developing innovative education resources for school students.

Qualifications:

• Must be a technical graduate with relevant subject matter expertise.
• 3+ years of relevant management experience
• Prior teaching experience in a similar subject is must
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Travelling to different cities to ensure smooth operations in other schools
