Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Revit Draughtsman position based in Mumbai. The Senior Revit Draughtsman will be responsible for generating and managing Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models, producing detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure design precision and project deliverables. Additional responsibilities include supporting project design optimization, adhering to industry standards, and implementing changes to drawings as necessary during various project stages. This role requires working on-site within a professional engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for MEP design, including 3D modeling, coordination, and detailing.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices for MEP and HVAC design.
• Technical skills in AutoCAD and other design tools beneficial for engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving design and implementation challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in MEP and HVAC system drafting and execution.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Certification in CAD/REVIT.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC technologies would be an added advantage.
