Senior Revit BIM Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Senior Revit BIM Specialist with excellent skills in Revit and AutoCAD. You will be responsible for applying your senior-level expertise in drafting and 3D modeling, while also demonstrating a strong understanding of the Autodesk Revit API and related SDKs. This role requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a full understanding of ISO 19650 Standards and other BIM protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior Revit user, demonstrating excellence in drafting and 3D modeling with AutoCAD.
• Collaborate effectively with team members through excellent verbal and written communication.
• Apply a thorough understanding of ISO 19650 Standards and other BIM protocols like IFC x COBie.
• Use your initiative to complete tasks, organize your workload, and pay close attention to detail.
• Be flexible and open to change, adapting to project requirements as needed.
• Apply your knowledge of computer systems and applications to all tasks.

Skills Required:

• Senior-level proficiency with Revit, as well as AutoCAD, Drafting, and 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of the Autodesk Revit API and related SDKs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence, determination, and a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to organize your time and workload effectively.
• A full understanding of ISO 19650 Standards, BIM protocols, and IFC x COBie.
• Working experience on agile software development projects is a plus.
• Experience with Dynamo computational design is a plus.
• A background in Telecom is an advantage.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent practical experience.
