Educational Qualification
- MS/ DNB Ophthalmology
- Long-term Fellowship in Vitreoretina (mandatory)
Experience
- 8+ years post-fellowship preferred
Must-Have Skills
- Independent medical and surgical retina practice
- Vitrectomy and complex retinal surgery
- Management of diabetic retinopathy, ROP, AMD, retinal detachments
- Leadership of retina services and OT planning
- Experience in teaching DNB / fellows
- Research or publications
- Ability to build and scale retina services
