Senior Resource Management Consultant

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Resource Management Consultant to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Resource Management Consultant to support internal talent deployment and resource fulfilment across our global delivery teams. The role will focus on identifying, aligning, and allocating internal talent to open project demands, ensuring optimal utilization while enabling employees to grow through relevant opportunities.

This role works closely with Delivery leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Workforce Planning teams to match internal capabilities with business demand and improve overall workforce agility.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Talent Fulfilment
• Manage end-to-end internal talent fulfilment for project demands across delivery units
• Identify suitable internal candidates from the available talent pool before external hiring is initiated
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Practice Heads to understand skill requirements, timelines, and project expectations
• Facilitate internal mobility and redeployment of employees into suitable roles
• Workforce & Demand Management
• Track resource demand vs. internal supply across projects
• Maintain visibility of bench resources, upcoming roll-offs, and skill availability
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and redeployment timelines
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Delivery leadership, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teams to align talent deployment strategies
• Participate in resource planning discussions and workforce review meetings
• Talent Intelligence & Reporting
• Maintain dashboards for:
• Internal talent availability
• Bench utilization
• Skill inventory
• Fulfillment timelines
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for proactive workforce planning
• Internal Mobility & Career Alignment
• Enable employees to explore internal opportunities aligned with their skills and career aspirations
• Ensure a transparent and fair internal selection process
