Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Resident in Surgery, located at Sarvesh Healthcity, Hisar. The Senior Resident will be responsible for performing surgical procedures, assisting in surgical operations, providing pre-operative and post-operative care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. The role also involves guiding junior medical staff, staying updated on surgical techniques and advancements, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in performing surgeries and providing post-operative care
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary medical teams
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of and commitment to sterilization protocols and patient safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent degree specializing in surgery
- Valid medical license to practice surgery in the applicable region
- Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting
