Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Resident at Sarvesh Healthcity, located in Hisar. The Senior Resident will oversee patient care management, provide clinical guidance, and facilitate treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, mentoring medical residents and interns, and participating in clinical rounds and case discussions. The role requires adhering to hospital protocols and contributing to a high standard of medical practice and patient safety. This job offers an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge & experience in Robotic Arthroplasty, Revision arthroplasty, Arthroscopy & Orthopedics oncology.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills to provide excellent patient care
• Knowledgeable in advanced medical procedures and treatment protocols
• Proficiency in communication and team collaboration for effective patient management
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality
• Medical degree (MBBS) with a postgraduate degree or diploma in the relevant specialty
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
• Prior experience as a Senior Resident is preferred
