Lab & Facility Management

• Ensure labs are equipped with necessary facilities to deliver effective patient care.
• Oversee selection and procurement of medical consumables and equipment.

Clinical & Diagnostic Support

• Provide accurate radio-diagnosis support for patient medical care.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures and generate timely, error-free reports.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure high-quality investigations and reporting by minimizing errors in procedures.
• Comply with patient safety policies, hospital service quality processes, and environmental & occupational health standards.
• Ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal systems.

Supervision & Training

• Supervise nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff to maintain discipline and high standards of medical care.
• Impart training and continuous education to subordinates.

Resource & Policy Management

• Ensure optimal utilization of resources by self and team.
• Maintain complete orientation and adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

Personal Attributes

• Keep updated with latest research, development, and techniques in radiology.
