Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MD - Microbiology Senior Assistant Professor/Associate Professor located in Dehradun. The position involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, supervising lab work, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also includes mentoring students, publishing research findings in reputable journals, and fostering collaborations within the institution and the scientific community.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in microbiology and a solid foundation in teaching, research, and lab supervision
- Proficient in curriculum development, mentoring, and student academic guidance
- Experience in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate academic and research activities
- MD in Microbiology or equivalent qualification with relevant teaching experience required
- Prior experience in academic or research administration is advantageous
