Senior Resident/Attending Consultant - Surgery

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident/Attending Consultant in Surgery to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in surgical practice, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for surgical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Participate in patient rounds and discuss treatment plans with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and recovery processes.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• MS in Surgery or equivalent qualification.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
