This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident / Associate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The professional will be responsible for managing patient care and treatment in their area of specialization. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating patient progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to clinical protocols and policies. The role also involves mentoring junior medical staff, participating in team discussions, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of patient care services.

• Strong clinical expertise and experience in patient diagnosis, treatment, and management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Proficiency in medical documentation, record-keeping, and familiarity with hospital information systems
• Commitment to adhering to clinical protocols, ethical practices, and patient safety measures
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior medical staff effectively
• Postgraduate degree or higher in the relevant medical field is required
• Registration with the appropriate medical council or regulatory authority
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
