Senior Research Engineer!

What You Will Be Doing
- Drive hands-on development and experimentation across AI/ML domains such as NLP, speech processing, and computer vision
- Conceptualize AI-led features and influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product teams
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML modelsfrom scoping problems, collecting data, and training models to deployment and ongoing improvement
- Work with a team of ML engineers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of AI solutions
- Mentor junior engineers on machine learning fundamentals, sampling strategies, model validation, fairness, and more
- Innovate on data collection, labeling, and validation methodologies
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across the talent and HR solutions space
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to customer-facing content
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and drive continuous learning within the team
- Collaborate with the team to write and publish research papers in top ML conferences and journals
What we are looking for from you:Essential:
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, concepts, and applied statistics
- Expertise in at least one major AI domain: computer vision, NLP, or speech
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models
- Proficiency in Python and ability to rapidly prototype ML concepts
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team of 23 research engineers
Desirable
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving real-world problems through AI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
- A strong interest in the HR solutions industry
- Enthusiasm to publish research and engage with the broader ML community
