Objective Of Position
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to evaluate the impact of light and sustainable construction practices in the Indian construction environment. In this role, you will work across different projects to assess the impact of innovative construction products on overall building cost, structural performance, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across multiple businesses, engage with builders, and work closely with end users to quantify benefits such as structural savings, productivity improvements, occupant comfort, and sustainability outcomes.

Domain Expertise Required
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.

- Experience in project management, including stakeholder coordination.
- Practical exposure to construction management and on-site execution processes.
- Proven skills in estimation, costing, and productivity assessment.
- Ability to independently perform data analysis and derive actionable insights.
Specifications And Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design assessments of building structures to determine the performance impact of various construction products.
- Develop accurate cost and quantity estimates, providing comparative value assessments.
- Apply construction management knowledge and leverage hands-on site experience to understand on-ground challenges, validate productivity claims, and ensure practical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Perform detailed cost, productivity, and structural performance analyses across various building types
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, validate, and define new business opportunities.
- Engage with builders, project stakeholders, and end users to gather data and evaluate product performance in real-world conditions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and insights for internal teams and external clients.
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and coordinating deliverables.

Skills And Knowledge Required
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering – Structural or Construction Management, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in real-world construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian design and construction standards, including relevant codes such as IS 456, IS 1893, and other applicable regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in structural design and analysis of buildings using tools like ETABS and SAP2000, with expertise in wind and seismic design for high-rise structures.
- Competence in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM platforms and digital design workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a disciplined, punctual work ethic.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization, particularly using MS Excel; exposure to additional analytical or visualization tools is beneficial.
