SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting market research, preparing statistics, analyzing financial data, identifying trends, developing case studies and leading a team of junior researchers. Candidates with CFA or other relevant certifications should only apply for this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in valuation, financial modeling, and equity research.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.
- Skill in evaluating the reasonableness of management's projections and assumptions
- Excellent research skills to conduct in-depth industry, company, and market trend analysis
- Ability to identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, and opportunities
- proficiency in Excel and financial databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements
- Knowledge in visualization tools (power BI,Tableau,Zoho. etc)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, market trends.
- Identify and analyze key value drivers, risks, opportunities
- Prepare detailed research reports with findings and recommendations
- mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques.
- Helps to prepare case studies for financial blogs and articles.
