Job Description

Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of key business reports, including operational, financial, and performance metrics.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, presenting findings to management.

Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks.

Collaborate with business leaders and departments to understand reporting needs and tailor reports to meet business objectives.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on business progress and success.

Mentor and guide junior reporting specialists, assisting them with complex report generation and data analysis.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal reporting standards and best practices.

Utilize CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Loader tools, or similar enterprise CRM systems.

Perform advanced data analysis and interpretation using statistical analysis tools or advanced Excel functions.

Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Present data visually through well-designed charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.
