Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Relationship Manager & Sales Manager. The individual will oversee the management of client relationships, handle investment product sales, and work toward achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing market updates and investment advice, and collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain key client engagements
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and meeting sales targets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services, including equities, derivatives, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills to monitor market trends and provide investment advice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving results
  • Qualifications in finance, business, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is advantageous
  • Proven experience in the finance or stock broking industry preferred
