Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth or premium clients, assisting them in their partner search journey.
  • Tailored Matchmaking: Understand client preferences, expectations, and background to offer personalized match recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and counseling sessions.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly conversion and retention targets, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful matchmaking.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal matchmaking and service delivery teams to ensure effective coordination and smooth service delivery.
  • Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve client escalations, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Consultative Sales: Use consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and offer the most suitable services and matches.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relationship building.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive, personal discussions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Consultative Sales: Ability to sell services in a consultative manner, addressing client needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Cultural Understanding: Good understanding of Indian cultural and social values to offer relevant match recommendations.
  • Tech Proficiency: Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, email communication, and other basic office tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in BFSI, real estate, luxury, or service industries.
  • Matchmaking Experience: Prior experience in matchmaking or lifestyle services is an added advantage.
