Role Overview:

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking dynamic sales professionals for the Agency Channel FLS role. This is an individual contributor position focused on driving life insurance business through agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel

Recruit, activate, and manage agency partners

Support agents in achieving assigned sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents

Ensure consistent business growth and productivity

Meet individual sales targets and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 2 years; overall range 1 to 6 years

Current Employment: Candidate must be currently employed

Channel Experience: Mandatory Agency Channel;

Direct Channel exposure can also be considered.

Product Experience: Life Insurance

Age: Below 32 years

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 8 LPA, depending on candidature and experience

Desired Profile:

Result-oriented and self-driven professional

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Proven track record in agency sales within life insurance
