Role: Senior Relationship Manager

  • Education:Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing or Finance
  • CTC:15 20 L P.A
  • Experience:35 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • Working Days:Monday to Saturday
  • Employment Type:Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, with strong relationship-building skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing customized financial solutions that align with clients goals.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure optimal asset allocation for sustained financial growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and financial opportunities to deliver innovative, tech-driven solutions.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term business growth.
  • Offer strategic investment advice and cross-sell relevant financial products.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Attributes :

  • Experience:35 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Client Base:Possesses an existing HNI client portfolio.
  • Network:Strong professional connections within Corporate and SME segments.
  • Product Knowledge:Excellent understanding of investment products across asset classes.
  • Communication:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality:Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Client Focus:Ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and deliver high quality advisory services.
