Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, with strong relationship-building skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing customized financial solutions that align with clients goals.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure optimal asset allocation for sustained financial growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and financial opportunities to deliver innovative, tech-driven solutions.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term business growth.
- Offer strategic investment advice and cross-sell relevant financial products.
- Ensure timely communication and updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Attributes :
- Experience:35 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
- Client Base:Possesses an existing HNI client portfolio.
- Network:Strong professional connections within Corporate and SME segments.
- Product Knowledge:Excellent understanding of investment products across asset classes.
- Communication:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
