Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Sikar. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include securing housing and property loan leads, assessing customer eligibility, managing the loan application process, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, client engagement, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and achieving targets
• Knowledge of financial products including housing loans, property loans, or related domains
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role while effectively collaborating with team members
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for managing client data and loan processes
• Experience in the affordable housing finance or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
