Purpose of the Job
The role of Relationship Manager, HT LAP is an Individual Contributor role who will be responsible for the growth of location business by sourcing new customers for High Value Loan Against Property, either through channels or by own sourcing, complemented by quality of sourcing reflected in delinquency and run-offs. Part of the role also demands contribution to the revenue through sale of Life Insurance.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Business and Financial Management
- Achieve delivery volumes and revenue targets for high-ticket loans against property.
- Optimize channel payouts to ensure cost-effective business operations.
- Drive insurance achievement as part of the loan process.
- Monitor and control delinquency rates to maintain portfolio health.
2. Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of salaried and self-employed customers within target market.
- Handle portfolio management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide customized loan solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
3. People / Team
- No. of DSA which are active vs inactive.
- No. of PFCs which are productive vs unproductive.
4. Process / Quality Improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to company processes and compliance requirements.
- Achieve a login-to-conversion ratio of 60% by maintaining process and document quality.
- Analyze and address rejects caused by non-adherence to processes and documentation norms.
