The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their interior design needs, managing end-to-end customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing personalized consultation, coordinating with the design and execution teams, resolving customer queries promptly, and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships and foster trust
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, track progress, and coordinate within teams
• Problem-solving skills for addressing client concerns and achieving customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales and business development, specifically in the interior design or related industry
