Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) clients
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Ensure team members achieve individual and collective goals

Business Development:

  • Leverage existing client base to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Drive wealth generation through innovative financial solutions

Financial Expertise:

  • Provide expert advice on financial investments and products
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and product offerings
  • Develop and present financial plans and investment strategies to clients

Performance Management:

  • Set performance targets and monitor team progress
  • Implement fast-track promotion and increment plans for exceptional performers
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with clients

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • NISM V-A and NISM XXI certifications
  • Proven track record of managing HNI clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership experience
