This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation and accuracy of regulatory reports required by U.S. regulators. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and compliance of financial services operations. With your expertise, you'll assist in ensuring that the organization meets its regulatory obligations, ultimately contributing to the stability of the financial system. Accountabilities
- Preparation of various regulatory reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with highest level of accuracy as per the external deadlines, comprising Call Report FFIEC 031, FRY- 9C, FR -15, FR2644, FR 2900, FR2314/Y11, FR Y-9LP and TIC reports.
- Analyze financial data to complete filings, identify fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies.
- Perform reconciliations across products, reports and schedules.
- Assist in drafting responses to Regulator queries.
- Execute source system data reconciliation versus General Ledger.
- Handle root cause analysis for reported issues in schedules.
- Periodically update SOPs and checklists of regulatory forms to ensure better controls.
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and collaborate with management to implement new reporting requirements.
- Perform AXIOM UAT testing on new or existing changes in upstream logics.
Requirements
- CA / CPA with 10-12 years of experience in banking or financial services, or MBA with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge in Axiom and Essbase tools is preferable.
- Ability to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines.
- Adapt information/style to the audience, explaining difficult issues clearly.
- Promote teamwork and work collaboratively.
- Ability to reprioritize and pay attention to details.
